perhaps the world is in the shape of a heart instead of being spherical. people going through the opposite sex like pairs of underwear. perhaps their on some kind of drug, like a drug addict. being on the drug is the best thing right there. then they become clean and just dump the drug and move on to the next one they can get their hands on. their obsessed with "the one".
so then you feel bad for them cause they'll never get anywhere in life like that. but then you feel extra bad for the people who'll never get anyone because everyone's already been taken and been marked on. so half of the people in the heart-shaped world are going crazy and going on speed dates every night. then the other half is just sitting on the couch getting fat and being lonely every night.
but years pass and some of the lonely people decide they don't want to be lonely anymore, so they move over to the other side. and the 'drug-crazy' people keep getting rejected, so they move over to the lonely side. everyone's moving over back and forth;so now the earth looks like a broken heart,cause now everyone's miserable. they have run out of drugs,per say, so they wait.
they wait for prince charming-while they could be happy.
